Bakery At the Wazemmes market, you’ll find a wide selection of delicious organic breads made with various flours (Norwegian, einkorn, “sport” bread with dried fruit, kamut, rye, flax, sunflower seeds…), natural sourdough, and filtered and reverse-osmosis water for total purity. Great flavor is also evident in the pastries, brioche, faluche, apple squares, and savory tarts.
