We appreciate craftsmen like Franck Tombarel, a pastry chef by training, who is returning to a tradition of good breads. Picola tordue (shaped by hand), German bread, sesame rye and our good old fine twine. You'll appreciate his savoir-faire, right down to his seasonal fruit tarts: bite into a slice of the orchard!
