A lively, animated cellar, where you'll find everything that's good to drink, in wines, spirits, beers and ciders, with connoisseur references and many rarities. Bubbles are well represented, with champagnes by proprietors, an extra-brut by Jacques Lassaigne, Benoît Doussot's "Champagne Clandestin", good crémants, artisanal cider... All regions are well represented, from Tournelle in Jura to Olivier Pithon or Gauby in Calce, and with all the big names of today. There's also a good selection of thirst-quenching wines at low prices, and some regional products.
