The brewery opened its doors in the summer of 2016 with the idea of exploring the wide variety of beer styles. Each year, around twenty creations come to surprise you: many hoppy beers, often stouts, but also barleywines, saisons, barrel-aged beers and more. Most of the beers carry the "Agriculture biologique" label, and the aim is to increase the proportion of locally-grown raw materials. Shopping and retail.
