Fish shop When Lise and Julien Hue’s shop was set to close, the couple decided to reinvent it as a vending machine, open 7 days a week. The concept is original, and the welcome is, understandably, a bit cold, but the selection never disappoints, with regular restocking and plenty of variety: smoked cod liver, shrimp, trout roe, oysters, ling fillets, whelks, jars of prepared dishes, smoked salmon, vacuum-sealed fish… For those who prefer a more personal touch, the shop on Rue Guillaume-le-Conquérant is still there!
