Cheese dairy
A wide choice of farmhouse products made from raw ewe's and cow's milk, and the discovery of many of the region's cheeses: Tomme du Ségala, Miladiou, Séverac, Petit Aveyronnais, La Pitchotte or Lou Causset, not forgetting, of course, Roqueforts and classics from other Occitan departments. Complementing the range are regional specialties, including charcuterie, beer, wine, preserves and sweets such as Rocher des Palanges, a spit-roasted cake. A very warm welcome from a young expert cheese-maker.
