Butchery
This ambitious company set up shop at the end of 2025 to offer top-of-the-range butchery and charcuterie. Selected meats from noble origins (Blonde d'Aquitaine, Bleu Blanc Coeur pork, Monts d'Arrée lamb...), with a definite expertise in maturing and curing. In charcuterie, a complete range of dry sausages, but also a range of ready-made meals and various preparations (croustade, ham puff pastry, stuffed tomato, shepherd's pie, lasagne, moussaka...).
