Wine merchant This is the best cellar in Arbois, run by Stéphane Planche for over twenty years. Here, the selection is eclectic and refined, with a good majority of unadulterated wines. Among the four hundred or so references: Didier et Jules Grappe, Thomas Zurbach, Jean-François Ganevat, domaine Macle, Valentin Morel... Good advice.
