While the store doesn't offer viennoiseries, it is nevertheless consistent with its title, offering exclusively breads and brioches. Launched in 2021, the cooperative offers a fine range of rustic and organic artisan breads, made with sourdough, rye, small spelt, seeds, nuts, etc., as well as beautiful brioches: plain, chocolate, cinnamon or hazelnut caramel.
