Wine merchant The promise of indulgence is underscored by these playful labels on modern wines, naturally sparkling wines, and natural wines, which make up a fairly diverse selection that also includes alcohol-free wine and small, affordable vintages—such as Uby and Jeff Carrel. But the selection is vast, with no shortage of prestigious labels (a Silex from Dagueneau for €165), champagne flows freely, and aged spirits and beers from the North are also available, such as those from Thiriez, Blonde d’Esquelbecq, or Étoile du Nord…
