Lionneton is a multi-headed operation, starting with Marcel, and now Jacques and Philippe run a boutique where everything is prepared on site, using 1st choice ingredients and fair-trade beans. With the label Meilleur Ouvrier de France en boulangerie (and finalist in the Grand Prix International de la Chocolaterie), the breads, made from pure, additive-free flours, release aromas and textures as varied as they are elaborate, and the flaky, delicate viennoiseries brighten up breakfasts for special occasions. Entremets offer a variety of well-balanced textures. Handcrafted chocolates finish on a pleasantly chocolaty note. "Bean to bar" for the past two years.
