About thirty kilometers from Dijon, Nicolas Sanchez, a chemical engineer by profession, has set up his own micro-brasserie in Burgundy. Here, he produces a confidential range of cuvées, including the classics: blonde, white, brown and amber, as well as a seasonal offering. It will also be possible to make your own beer from time to time. Available in grocery stores and wine shops, or for direct sale on site, by appointment.
