Pastry Winner of last year's Gault Millau Tour, the patisserie and its young owner continue to win praise: a pretty store, tempting, well-presented cakes, complemented by viennoiserie and bread. Originality with the creations of the year, such as the citron parsley tart, and a choice of savoury tarts too.
