Adam and his famous macaroons, a lively, traditional image of the Basque country, from a house that's been around for over three centuries. Macaroons and chocolates, but also Basque cakes in a superb boutique with precious wood and antique paintings, in a delicately old-fashioned atmosphere. You can also sample other in-house creations, such as chemin de fer, moelleux (lemon, hazelnut, chocolate...) and artisanal ice creams.
