Gault&Millau's review

Producer Since 2018, Romain and Adrien have taken over the family mill to produce an organic walnut oil that has won numerous awards at the Concours Général Agricole. Everything is done on the farm: production, harvesting, sorting, washing, grading and pressing by an imposing granite millstone from another era. At the same time, the Castagné brothers have taken up winegrowing and opened a bistro in the heart of Martel.
