Biscuit bakery Madeleines are one of the town's unmissable specialties, and have been delighting young and old alike since 1906. The recipe is jealously guarded by the Cazelle family, who have passed it down carefully for five generations. The madeleines boxes play on nostalgia, with elegant old-fashioned packaging, available in 12, 18 or 24 pieces.
