Near Les Halles, the square's star ice cream parlour, well set up to help with the heat, or simply to treat yourself to a fruity fragrance, between the various flavours of ice creams and sorbets. Chocolate, caramel beurre salé, stracciatella, tiramisu, hazelnut, pistachio, and house blends, Caribbean (pineapple, coconut lime) or sun-kissed citrus (grapefruit, blood orange, kalamansi)... Serve with a smoothie, cappuccino or iced tea.
