Laurent Visse, creator of the eponymous patisserie, is a renowned artisan known to gourmets and peers alike. He has previously worked in world-renowned establishments such as Lenôtre, Fauchon, Ladurée and Hédiard. Passionate about pastry since the age of 14, he now puts his skills and creativity to the test in his own house. "My secret is to constantly challenge myself. I identify changes in customer expectations and tastes", he confides. As a result, he creates his own recipes, named after classics. His Paris-Brest is unique thanks to its flowing heart praline. Subtle and gourmet, his other creations captivate customers with their exceptional visuals: a true work of goldsmith! "My aim is to create emotions that awaken every sense. In addition to tasting, I want to offer customers moments of pleasure. Pastries are an excellent vehicle for this," he concludes.
