Bakery
Just before entering the medieval quarter, we make a gourmet stop at Lissajoux, a baker and confectioner much appreciated by the locals, who recommend him in the first place. The bread is good (poppy country, organic corn flour, Périgord apricot-fig honey...), but it's the patisserie that really wins you over. On site, in the lounge, you can enjoy breakfast with the viennoiseries, the Lissajoux croissant with PDO butter, the granola, the brioche perdu and the avocado toast. You'll come back at lunchtime for the daily specials and in the afternoon for the tartelette framboise, the citron meringue, the éclair tonka or the Courtisane.
