Bakery
Bakers for several generations, Nicolas and Sébastien Maureille, two brothers driven by the same passion, took over this 35-year-old institution in downtown Châteauneuf-sur-Loire in 2025. The menu of tasty surprises includes Maureille's soft wheat and durum wheat baguette, sprinkled with semolina seeds for a subtle taste of hazelnut, as well as the emblematic kouign-amann in homage to their Breton aunt and uncle, from whom they learned this fabulous craft. Petit Antoine is the house's signature pastry: a chocolate dacquoise, chocolate mousse and light milk chocolate cream, a true ode to gourmandise. Hot dishes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis... a farandole of snacking that you can enjoy in the dining room or on the terrace in fine weather. In the porch, cyclists who cycle along the Loire will be able to park as soon as spring arrives.
