Gault&Millau's review

Confectionery Just outside town on the N7, you'll find a renowned artisan, a house dating back to 1837, with unquestionable credentials. Nougat in all its forms, hard or soft, and a real nougat museum to visit, with a free interactive tour for 8-11 year olds. There's also an exhibition on the history and production of nougat, and a special attraction: the "sound beehive", where you can follow the steps involved in making honey.
