A top-tier brand cited by all experts, it is the undisputed king of pâté en croûte—now available in numerous varieties, including poultry, fig, and foie gras, apricots, alongside a wide range of deli items, terrines, cakes, pâtés, rillettes, brawn, bouchée à la reine, Lorraine pâté, sausages and dry-cured sausages, various salads, and about ten daily specials on the chalkboard, including hake with dill sauce and calf’s head with gribiche sauce the other day.
