Jam factory
Dominique Laforce's jams are really excellent. She makes her own jams at home, varying the fruit and, above all, reducing the sugar content to give a real flavor from well-chosen fruit. If you like single flavors, they're all good (blackberry, apricot...), but you should also try blends like kiwi lime or pear blackcurrant pepper... You can find her jams at markets, like the one in Saulieu on Saturdays, and in many of the region's delicatessens.
