Etienne Marteau, who comes from a long line of bakers and patissiers, has set up shop with his partner and team opposite the Vaires-Torcy train station. An ideal location for regulars and those passing through who love the company's products. His best-sellers include Piou-Piou, a traditional cereal baguette, and the natural sourdough pavé with its beautiful old-fashioned crust. Other products in the rich and varied range (special fruit and corn breads) are just as popular. For a gourmet snack or breakfast, viennoiseries (brioche drops topped with crème pâtissière and chocolate chips, kouglof and classic varieties) are a must. On the pastry side, personalized cakes (layer cake, wedding cake and pièce montée), as well as the deliciously creamy homemade flan with Madagascar vanilla, are a big hit! The snack section, with its range of sandwiches, salads and daily specials, will leave no one wanting for more.
