Bakery Modern bakery on the Champ de Mars with this store from Charles-Henry Mata, converted to sourdough after a career in finance. The pai, with its many ideas and varieties, and the viennoiserie are highly recommended, while the sandwiches and croques sell like hotcakes at lunchtime.
