Beekeeper
Michel Mathiez is a honey producer in the Vosges Park, where he gives the best of nature to his bees. He's passionate about bees, and produces excellent quality honeys in volumes of 5 to 8 tonnes a year. A former micro-mechanic, he has successfully converted to working with animals that are "less micro" but require just as precise attention. Please call to make an appointment.
