A family entirely devoted to chocolate, led by the virtuoso Mickaël Azouz, who, at the ripe old age of eighty, continues to work every day to offer his many creations and classic treats. A French and world champion in the last century, this master chocolatier remains a staple of the region, a must-visit for his assortment of traditional pralines, flavored ganaches, Florentines, mendiants, and, of course, truffles.
