On the menu, a taste for authenticity and a touch of innovation when necessary. Everything is homemade and, traditionally, all products come from Occitan breeders. A must-taste: pâtés en croûte and all the dry-cured meats, sausages and salamis with local flavours, as well as exceptional meats, including Aveyron lamb and exquisite cuts of beef. As for catering, there's no shortage of gourmet delights, from perfectly executed classic French dishes to recipes from elsewhere prepared as they would be in their country of origin.
