Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Succeeding Lionel Raux's patisserie, Noisette has quickly won over Bayonnais gourmands, in this vast space dedicated to gourmet delights. The quality and originality of the entremets are combined with the comfort of tasting on site in the center of town, in the dining room or on the terrace. Try the very good standards, like the lemon entremets or the speciality, the hazelnut entremets, the peanut, the pecan vanilla caramel, the pistachio orange blossom. And don't forget the Basque cake, which can be served with chocolate, matcha or hazelnut coffee..
