Butchery
The location is strategic, right in the center of town, and tourists don't miss this tempting display. Excellent charcuterie, sausages, boudins, pâté de Bourgogne, a variety of pâtés en croûte (with sweetbreads and porcini mushrooms, for example) and, for regulars and locals, a wide range of dishes prepared by Samuel and his team: paella, veal burger with girolles, mussels à la catalane recently. Plates and aperitif platters to suit all tastes.
