Gault&Millau's review

Wine merchant Founded in 2003 to revive the iconic Brasme brewery, which had closed in 1986, Page 24, also known as Brasserie Saint-Germain, has risen in just a few years—thanks to its founders—to become one of the leading breweries, with multi-award-winning beers, including the Hildegarde. To top it all off, their Barley W beer was named the world’s best beer in 2025 at the World Beer Awards, the Imperial Stout Russian won a gold medal, and the Fière Blonde took home a silver medal.
