It's Quimper's new sensation, a top-notch bakery-patisserie that appeals to both local gourmets and the flow of travelers to the station. Opened in November 2025 by Stéphane Ollivier, former chef-boulanger at the Ritz for seven years, the house offers palatial production, elegant creations and impeccable execution, for indulgence at reasonable prices. Viennoiseries are obviously recommended, as are baguettes and special breads. The flan is also one of the best in town!
