Pastry The boutique on the Place du Marché-aux-Fleurs is the perfect setting for the creations of this pastry chef and chocolatier, who has won numerous awards for his talent. Chocolates are available to satisfy lovers of milk sweetness or bitter cocoa, and pastries, both traditional and Pascal Caffet's own creations, are formidable: profiterole tart, "Carapira" (almond dacquoise, caramel mousse and vanilla pears), chocolate tart with meringue domes, Genoa bread and seasonal fruit entremets...
