This patisserie is run by a couple with a solid background: Catherine has a wealth of experience in top restaurants, while Jonathan was head pastry chef in Joël Robuchon's London restaurants. Their boutique is reminiscent of the aesthetic codes of the English capital, and their pastries are distinguished by a skilful balance between tradition and innovation. Particularly noteworthy are the lemon meringue tart, coffee eclairs and the ultra-gourmand "Symphonie", a dark chocolate cake with a salted butter caramel center.
