Gault&Millau's review

Pastry It's always a pleasure to cross the threshold of this elegant house, where Pierre Clarissou's creations are displayed like jewels. The patisseries express both this taste for craftsmanship and this penchant for art; you have to see the aesthetic work on the entremets, cakes, tarts and choux, and the beautiful Yule logs. We also recommend the famous Roanne rolls.
