Pastry This patisserie-chocolaterie-glacerie has been operating in the Neustadt district since 1950, perpetuating a well-honed tradition. The handsome grey facade heralds a new-found modernity in the clean lines of the store, which focuses more on a contemporary approach to craftsmanship than on an over-structuring tradition.
