Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, Philippe Bel is a chocolatier whose assortment of sweets is the stuff of dreams. Pralines, caramels, ganaches, coatings of Piedmont hazelnuts, Spanish almonds or chocolate bars in various cocoa dosages... chocolate-covered speculoos and macaroons, choco of course.
