Philippe Mele's successful apprenticeship has enabled him to acquire a solid knowledge of the butcher, pork butcher and caterer trade, which he now puts into practice in his boutique in Canet-Plage, throughout the region at receptions held for major companies, and at the Aimé-Giral stadium during rugby matches. In the window, the best meats of the moment, including a few award-winning selections, seasonal kebabs, homemade pork-veal-herb stuffing and fine lamb chops.
