The story of three sisters—Victoire, Constance, and Camille—the granddaughters of a Provençal baker. In their bakery and pastry shop, not everything is Southern-inspired, but it still smells wonderful—like olive oil, navettes, tarte tropézienne, and pistachio-orange blossom cake. The chocolate tart, the caramel pecan cookie, the stone-ground flour bread, the Norwegian bread, the sandwich bread made with organic flour from Île-de-France, and the savory selection are not to be taken lightly.
