Gault&Millau's review

Bakery A bakery version of the great chocolatier, with indisputable expertise and professionalism in this beautiful quayside boutique with a small terrace overlooking the river. High-quality bread, of course, but above all a fine research into flours and combinations of dried fruits and cereals: buckwheat thyme rice, hazelnut cranberries, caper and olive focaccia, garlic and sun-dried tomato focaccia and a very good rye pie with honey. You'll also want to try our pound cake, panna cotta, sandwiches for snacking, and lots of other ideas..
