Chocolate factory
After setting up his own chocolate factory in the heart of Auvergne in 2007, Romuald Remy, master chocolatier and finalist in the MOF Chocolatier Confiseur competition in 2018, is trying to dust off the genre, with a beer flower ganache or a pink berry praline that are astonishingly true to life. New products include chocolate fruit pastes and soft caramels (with Guérande salt, apple, cranberries...).
