Pastry We always recommend the creations of the young, ambitious, and creative pastry chef Nicolas Barbet, whose shop is conveniently located on the outskirts of downtown. His shop is full of whimsy and mouthwatering treats: citrus calissons, millefeuille, Saint-Honoré, Paris-Brest… Not to mention chocolates, ice cream, madeleines, and macarons.
