Gault&Millau's review

Butchery Along the road between Le Puy and Brioude, this village butcher's shop is justly renowned, showcasing local pork raised at an altitude of 1,200m. The quality of the sausages is outstanding, as are the other regional products, including various preserves, honey and jams.
