Delicatessen For the finest charcuterie, this is the place to go. Laurent Laborie never misses a product, prepared with the utmost care and expertise. Carefully selected animals, products brought to maturity to obtain strength and finesse: Salers horns, dry sausage, marbled head, dry or smoked bellies, pork liver confit, farmhouse cured ham (9 to 16 months maturing)... there's plenty to delight you.
