Domaine Samuel Billaud is a recent creation. It was created in 2009 following the sale of the Billaud-Simon family business. Samuel, who used to sign for the wines, is now independent, producing great Chablis on just a few hectares, wines that are both tender and precise, juicy and mineral. The mastery of each vintage is obvious, and we recommend a quick visit.
