Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Yannick Delpech's bakery and patisserie is running smoothly at Les Halles. The former chef of the Amphitryon, himself a trained pastry chef, has trained his teams well. Baguettes, cereal, wholemeal, Nordic and even gluten-free breads are combined with savouries (croques, quiches, bruschetta, "hot Sandyan"), Viennese pastries (breakfast formulas) and classic cakes (flan pâtissier, tarte citron, paris-brest, tatin...).
