Estelle and Thomas are passionate about roasting, and the quality of their coffee is no exception! Their great pleasure lies in advising customers, helping them to discover unsuspected flavors, and detailing the typical characteristics of each cru. Malabar Moussonné from India, Don Jemenez from the Dominican Republic (from a 60-hectare plantation perched on the island's highest peak), Maragogype from Mexico, or the mighty Sigri from New Guinea.
