Pastry A pastry shop, chocolate shop, and tea room—this magical gourmet haven was born out of a family love story. Before Sandra, in partnership with her father, breathed new life into it, this spot—which brightens up this beautiful village in the Vercors—was her grandparents’ grocery store! The artisan, artist, and hostess collaborates here with her former mentor, the renowned Sébastien Brocard, on the chocolate confections and sweets. She also offers her own pastry creations, which—since the shop’s opening in February 2026, in a thoughtfully reimagined setting—have enjoyed phenomenal success. First and foremost is a lovely tribute to her beloved grandfather, the “Au bout du monde” cake, named after a piece of land he owned where Sandra loved to go to recharge. This delight combines hazelnuts, Madagascar vanilla, and raspberries from a nearby producer in a light and harmonious blend. We’re also crazy about the vanilla flan topped with crème brûlée and the blueberry tart with a flan crust! Another highlight is the “afternoon snack” line, featuring comforting treats: cookies, shortbread, puddings, cakes, and brownies. Not to mention the snack menu, perfect for enjoying on-site, either inside or on the patio: focaccia sandwiches, salad bowls, and savory tarts.
