"Not all cookies are alike! You just have to admire and taste the ones Sophie and her team have to offer to tell the difference. At first glance, their generosity is obvious. At first bite, their creaminess confirms it! Made on site with love, they're beautifully plump, soft, melt-in-the-mouth on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside... In a word, gourmet! And the quality of the chocolates used, Belgian Belcolade and French Barry, both traceable and rich in cocoa, is no secret. The range is wide, as timeless as it is imaginative: from Inédit (milk chocolate brioche), Sésame (dark sesame and white chocolate), Praliné (milk chocolate, praline heart and Piedmont hazelnuts) and so many others, the hardest part is choosing! And don't forget the large-size versions, the number and letter cookies, and the boxed sets, perfect for special festive occasions. In January, try the Galette amande, frangipane and vanilla almond cream cookie, while we wait for the forthcoming expansion of this unique Lyon venue, with all its surprises!
