Gault&Millau's review

Roaster Normandy, with its abundance of good farm produce, tends to forget about flavors from elsewhere. But not in La Chapelle-Yvon! In this pretty village, a passionate coffee roaster ensures that the locals never run out of genuine artisan coffee, roasted on site in the traditional way, which you can take home in bean or ground, more or less finely. And the whole region thanks him!
